How is that? So it's not based on the value or projected value of a company??? Just because people got lucky to get the shares that cheap it will never get to the same ratio of O/S to PPS like before?? I keep hearing look at Baltia's past??? Well I look at the past and my math says this is going to at least a penny! Unless someone can show me my math is wrong??!! Sure looks like one can double their money here still!
