It is obvious that you have no real clue what us share holders have tried to do to recoup our losses.

Firstly we fought and won the right to have an equity Committee.

The EC then negotiated our warrant % up from 10% to 17.5%.

Then the EC disbanded and we formed an Ad-hoc EC with Brian Tuttle as chairman.

Many share holders bombarded the US Trustee, the SEC, the FBI, even radio shows and talk shows and media but to no avail thus far. One share holder, Jordan Darga, started a website called alliednevadafraud and we have been making small donations that BT needed to file documents etc. In fact the effort by ordinary hard working people have made in an attempt to make the powers that be see this case for what it really is, is a Herculean effort, its almost Erin Brokovich... except she won! We will continue to fight on...

We have been fighting for justice here for 2 years now and our last court document was lodged at the Third Circuit Court as we attempt to bring these thieves to justice and have the bankruptcy overturned.

To come on here and ask why we have not done this or that, shows you are not current with the case, and indeed with only 14 or so posts on the subject one wonders where you have been since April 10, 2015 when this fraud started.

I suggest you only observe from now on as its obvious you have no skin in this game and your agenda is somewhat suspect!
