Thanks Zues, and no apology necessary. I hope what NoMoDo wrote in post# 27627 is right on the money. If so, I may likely add to my investment.

I wish that Michael Tomas would have made a statement like NoMoDo wrote in his post which reads "both companies [USRM and GAPC] are focusing on what each does best and each will benefit greatly if they succeed".

I'd feel a lot better if I knew that that was the plan, and the deal with GAPC was not a desperate move to raise cash.
