I also hope that the recent changes in USRM's business model helps them focus on what I see as the core products (i.e. MyoCell, MyoCell SDF-1, AdipoCell). In addition, I hope that the recent changes have been promoted by a suitor of USRM.
However, I still don't clearly see in Form 8-k, where the $2.5 million investment goes to USRM. It is only mentioned in one short paragraph (text provided below) of Form 8-k and omits referring to USRM when mentioning the investment. I read it as GACP is opening 10 clinics and will be a customer of USRM by buying some of USRM's products (i.e. MyoCell, future FDA approved products, and training)
"In addition, GACP has contractually agreed to invest an additional Two and a half Million Dollars ($2,500,000) to open ten (10) stem cell clinics in the United States within 3 years--with a penalty provision to the benefit of the Company for shortfalls if less than 6 clinics are opened within 24 months."
It seems to me that if the $2.5 million were to go to USRM the paragraph should read "....GACP has contractually agreed to invest an additional Two and a half Million Dollars ($2,500,000) to facilitate USRM opening ten (10) stem cell clinics ....."
