Stupid is investing in something that you don't understand. I'm not hear to pick a fight, nor stoop to name calling. I am hear to ask pertinent questions about USRM, to learn from others educated in the USRM opportunity, and to share what I've learned in my DD.

Regarding the "investment in 10 new clinics", words have meaning and "USRM" is not included in the statement included in the Form 8-K. If the investment were to be to the benefit of USRM, the word "Company" "our company" "us" or "our" would have been included in the paragraph, and it is not present in the context of the investment.

IMO the benefit to USRM from the GACP $2.5 million dollar investment in establishing 10 clinics is having a new client to whom they sell USRM owned products like the MyoCell® and/or training.

Per Form 8-K

In this Current Report on Form 8-K, “Company,” “our company,” “us,” and “our” refer to U.S. Stem Cell, Inc., unless the context requires otherwise.

"GACP has contractually agreed to invest an additional Two and a half Million Dollars ($2,500,000) to open ten (10) stem cell clinics in the United States within 3 years--with a penalty provision to the benefit of the Company for shortfalls if less than 6 clinics are opened within 24 months."
