Maybe someone can go to the last financial statement and find where GCC is worth a penny more than ZERO. Wayne wrote and attested that statement. attested to by Wayne.

Then maybe someone can show how Wayne simultaneously claims the Company is suddenly worth $7.4M... when he wants to dump shares.

And dump he did.

The man should be in Jail.
