Could that have been stock in lieu of pay for a company that is struggling with mountains of debt? One for one? Two for one? Five for one? Who knows what deal was made. They have over 100 MILLION new authorized shares to deal with. Good luck if you choose to base an investment decision on this without knowing the details. Might be a good question for Monday`s CC.
