At its peak FEC reported the SC72 valued at ~$20,000,000 which, if you divide by 400,000,000 shares is $0.05/share. (not dividend that's value per share)

What am I missing? IF IF IF the Chinese allow drilling in SC 72 the best case is $20,000,000 over X years which is $0.05/share over X years?
