You can't read financials but you want to advise people on whether to hold or sell. I think I will take my advise from someone with a little more knowledge. Thanks for you input.

PS. Sometimes debt isn't bad. Depends on what you are using the money for and at what rate you get it at.

What does it matter? $40M in debt and losing money hand over fist. Sorry.
