someone explain how a company with ZERO revenues the past several YEARS is suddenly going to rustle up $450 million dollars to build something they have NEVER built before?
I have been in the refinery business for some time and i can guarantee some bunch of broke-ass clowns with a shell pinky are not ever going to build a refinery

all they did was announce a "plan" to build a refinery. not a single piece of the puzzle is in place yet.

that being said it looks like many made some big bucks on this PR

beware of the pump it will leave you in the dump
