Dr. Bill, you seem genuinely interested in in your investment. Here is a link for your perusal.

Or just google 'conductive plastic' and get a feel for what is already out there. The stuff is everywhere, and has been for a long time. So where exactly does ITKG provide an important, unique advantage? They're certainly not saying, but they're trying to sell investors on their story. It sounds fishy.
Why is Heatron using ITKG's technology if it has already been done a hundred times before.
OK you got me going now. Take a look at the contract between ITKG and Heatron: http://www.secinfo.com/d12Pk6.v5J5.d.htm . So, why is Heatron using Integral's technology? My guess: Integral is desperate. Why? Here are a couple of signs from the contract:
1) Integral is getting paid a whopping $1 (one dollar) for Heatron's use of this technology. No joke, see Section 4a.
2) The pricing of the ElectriPlast product to Heatron is not fixed, but will be based on "good faith efforts". See Section 4b.
3) Heatron is getting a two-year exclusive license to the technology. See Section 3a.
4) Asymmetry of the agreement. Heatron can terminate the contract for any reason at all with 30 days notice, no penalty. Integral can only terminate for breach of contract by Heatron. See Section 7b.
Part of investing is doing the due diligence, and part of that is looking for reasons why your initial impression may not be correct. Most people don't like being shown they might have gone wrong. That's one reason why most people are not good investors. Good investors appreciate being shown other points of view, because maybe it helps them learn something new, or avoid a costly mistake. The best investments are those where you look for all the reasons why it could be a bad investment, and you just can't find any. (That doesn't happen often.)
Everyone is of course welcome to ignore this input.
