Might be intentional... There's been tons of accumulation between .002 and .0035 for over a month now...
This is why I'm saying that when posting PR's you need to make sure that they get out to the broader investment audience...

The reason you haven't seen a further spike in the share price is because the news isn't reaching that audience... Twitter and Otcmarkets are fine but traders don't use those as news indicators when there looking to buy or alert a particular OTC company

The only way most traders see news is on the various platforms they use whether it be Etrade or trade station or td Ameritrade or scotttrade... Or for some IHUB...
This is where Marketwire PR comes in as its virtually accessible and used on most or all trading platforms for traders to see every morning when there looking to buy something

Now that the name change looks to be confirmed hopefully we see Mccusker start using that service more... It works...
