back in the 1980 to 1989 oil boom I seen ranches and farms that were over 100 sections (640 acers is one section) when old folks passed on kids sold out to big oil co. for big $$$$$ and moved to big cities to live the so called good live . I think that is what is what is going on here. kids don't want to farm. wont the big MONNE NOW#### MMEX
