See the post 8k from yesterday. Management has just screwed shareholders.
Their new financing is a death spiral. Could result in 100's of millions of the shared issued. It states we time period is up can convert at
62% below the bid from the past 20 days. They sellers can drive this stock into sub penny. read the 8k It may have been a good deal at some point in time ,but death spiral only benefit the debt conversions. I would run as fast as you can.
