I'm not very familiar here, but what do you currently fair value the company at? (not market cap).

Market cap is about $120M from what I've gathered. Total different than value of company though (in terms of buyout).

Looks like revenues have grown the past 3 years. I also like the $13M in cash on the balance sheet. And PE looks to only be about 2x right now.

Still doing DD but I like a lot of what I see so far given the current share price.
