The OS is unchanged as of 1 minute ago at 710m. Any shares that could be diluted would just be old shares that were issued, but not yet trading. The problem here right now is just momentum. A few tweets here and there, but no one is having to chew the meat off of the bone. Right now buyers are content waiting and buyingn at the bid. Couple that with the stock being boxed and shorted and it gets to this state. As long as everything is on the up and up as mentioned in PR's and Tweets, this will get many more days in the sun. Right now it's just chillin' with the shade.
