I talked to an old shareholder, he said the reverse split never took place, it was in the filings but never actually processed through FINRA, thus was never effected.

IMO I think they are trying to mislead folks, they read the 8K filing, see that there is going to be a f/s and start buying, not realizing the big reverse split has not taken place yet.....it's pretty underhanded really.
