Melbourne, FL, Aug 06, 2003 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Our-Street.com, an Internet-based, public company watchdog, announced today that it has received and published notice from the partnership that was named in the complaint Our-Street.com filed with the Securities Exchange Commission against EdgeTech Services, Inc (OTC BB:EDGH) and Hollingsworth, Rothwell and Roxford, a Florida Partnership (HRR) denying they ever made a tender offer for EdgeTech stock.
