as we are trying to raise the caliber of the stocks we select on this board, i failed to mention that PBLS is a pinksheet stock and should be treated as such, CEO's of pinks, as we all know, will say and do anything to raise the pps of their stock so you need to take the PR's with a grain of salt, or a shot of vodka which ever you prefer, my apologies for the failure to mention it's pink status earlier, my earlier posts do not in anyway recommend a buy in of this stock, do some good DD on this and always invest 'diligently' folks,
