CCTL...Trading healthy with the retrace back below the upper bollie from the overbought position...100 just crossing the 200 allowing the averages to travel in numerical order for a run up...check the past few months and you will see CCTL does not get more than 2 red days in a row...up nicely from the 0001 bottom and down 50% retrace from the recent top...major move past the recent high is my bet...perhaps 003 range on the next move...
