This is interesting… distributors aka ‘dealers’? are on the hook for over a million bottles the first year?
That’s like 100,000 bottles a month to be forced to sell. No wonder no one wants these hjoe deals.
Did the Warner licensing ever get consummated for real? It certainly doesn’t seem right that hjoe forces a dealer to pay their own licensing costs too. That sucks.


page 5 3.3 Purchase Quanities: Distributor agrees to purchase from Supplier a minimum of 1,008,000 bottles during the first year of the contract, 3.024.000 bottles during the second year of the contract, and over 6,000,000 bottles during the third of the contract and thereafter in following years. If the distributor does not meet the minimum case purchases, the supplier may terminate the agreement for cause.
