Seriously? A 20 day notice? Who does that? I thought all reverse splits were done in the dark of night? Sure does seem rather rare the way this one is playing out. Some seem to hold a grudge against Kevin "Thunderman" Harrington. Looks like he provided an ongoing sponsor to the company? Perhaps there were investor connections made that we as outsiders haven't been privy to? An interesting little tidbit here: KBHJJ was not issued any cash or equity for their services. Revenue streams seem to be making appearances even though it is stated repeatedly by some that there is no revenue. Is it possible that the sewer rat funders have all been exterminated now and this company can move forward on legitimate financing? Now I'm asking so many questions that I kind of sound like Jimbo.
