According to the filings Notis ended the agreement with Folium because, "Folium" wasn't holding up their end of the bargain. Notis filed suit against them however you are correct about the plants being destroyed that belonged to folium. Thankfully folium doesn't own every hemp plant in the world. They were dead weight and Notis dropped them and that is the truth in my opinion. READ the filings!
