People fail to realize what the 8k says
The guy took his maple asset the propertie that the refinery will be built on and mmex gave him himself 7 billion shares so that the guy still owns it
U think he would just give it away to mmex no way
Now he still owns the property and its in a public company that now his shares once up and running will be worth a ton
If he didnt do that then its pretty much given away
They will build this thing and his shares will be worth alot
This is his retirement plan
Tell me why would maple sell the shares they are private
If he wanted to sell shares instead he could of just sold his land it equates to the same thing god people dont understand
