When you try to swim with the sharks cesspool which is the OTC, then bid whacking will always exit. Along with other dubious ways of controlling (manipulate) the flow of trading You have to be crazy to invest in penny stocks. Once in a blue moon you might run across one with true potential to make some good money. But most of the time penny stocks are just trades. I have traded penny stocks for 2 decades now and to hold on to a penny stock too long is dangerous. Those in the know, know what i'm talking about. That being said, GIGL seems to have great potential for a good run and i emphasize good. I'll just hopefully catch the lion's share of the run and look for my next play. GLTA!
