Here is my e-mail to PMEA sent Wednesday and their reply yesterday. I am holding tight:

Please be advised that I am extremely concerned with the PPS drop for PMEA stock. The DiNelly boondoggle really reflects badly on management's credibility and/or expertise in negotiating with other entities that would be beneficial to PMEA goals. This boondoggle goes a long way to erasing previous positive PR's and leaves many shareholders like myself wondering if we can trust Mr. Bourne. Also of great concern is the matter of the delay in filing the Form 10 Registration certificate. The bulk of my investments is in your company and I am in need of having my confidence bolstered. Thank you for addressing this matter by return e-mail or with a new PR ASAP.
