Several good things about it, first off an AS increase when there is no other need for it is often a good thing for pennies, it means they will use the shares for some type of acquisition or other positive move to help the company increase in value. This increase isn't even taking place for over a month, so we know it's not some bad reason like increasing shares for convertible holding percentage or else it would happen right away. So, they will be used for something good, and we know it will be over a month before the increase happens, then if they use them for an acquisition or something it will be even longer before they can be converted to the OS, and before that happens the good news of what they are doing with then will be revealed. So the increase isn't anything bad for short term at all. Also, they confirmed their low OS today of 469 million, that means over one-third of the OS traded today above closing price. Short to medium term this play is a low OS with positive news coming and no negative effect on SS or OS for a long time.
