Wow! seriously? Amazing! Pre-orders from Overseas for an unproven Prototype? How many units? 10,000? Which country? China? Mexico? What company is going to build all the units for these pre-orders? Where is the funding coming from to build them? Why is there no test results or demonstration videos posted on the website of the prototype in action?

Who is marketing this incredible, unproven prototype overseas? Why are the folks who are overseas putting in for all these prototypes aware of this amazing product but no one in the US?

Who is this mysterious merger partner? How many Millions of shares will be issued to them? Why does he need a partner and why dilute to get a partner?
