They would have to file the shares they sold+ give a filling before the split. The silence is the silence before a storm. If you had a stock and were about to drop crazy news, would you tell the average joe hey look out for amazing news release ? No you would tell your friends ( even though Illegal) and let them buy up the shares. Chart is screaming reverse, Duuo by end of month etc.. If Duuo withdraws, that's a problem. Until then , it's a waiting game and only people willing to lose will win.
