I messaged Zen Tech. on Facebook. Stated that a lot of shareholders seem upset that there have been no updates on the status of the OTCQB uplist or re-structuring of the authorized shares on the Nevada SOS. I also mentioned that a press release or simple blog post explaining would probably do wonders. Here is the response:
"Regarding the uplisting, I can't comment on a specific ETA, but it's my understanding that in the coming weeks, CHRON management should have an update for the public. I've forwarded your message to Rachel so she can keep our CEO, Alex, apprised. Thanks, again for your continued support as a valued shareholder."
