Actually, while looking through some of the documents related to the GEOMC lawsuit, I noticed GEOMC complained that the machines were now outdated and possibly not properly functioning due to CTTC's failure to update software and hardware. They complained that utilizing such machines could have an adverse effect on GEOMC's reputation or something to that effect.
