Penny stocks re-invent themselves every few years. Eventually the narrative runs its course or they need to do an RS. Maybe change CEO's...sell some "asset"...buy some other one.

So while some think the company is "new" they have an accumulated loss in the tens of millions and an OS over a billion shares. They only thIng that is consistent in each reincarnation is the convertible debt and/or equity looking for the next "story" to entice buyers.
