good things taking time and with a real Co like TTCM, real business will take its time, but i also think that we are on to something big with TTCM and that asap.
4 Important points are in play for this Co at this moment and each point will go viral for a OTC Co and will make its noise and moves, all in short time and one point will be the reason to fulfill several other points.
1. funding by angels/ banks which should be imo by 50M$* >>>>>>>
2. Buyout of an high profitable Tech Co which makes 20M$-30M$ annual revenues.>>>>>>>
3. Nasdaq listing
4. Licensing deals with Fort 50 cos.
Point 4 stays imo apart from the other points and are independent from them, licensing deals could happen anytime, this depends on CO.
So to say, when Co gets funded by some known ones, it will go viral in the Invest Community and IHUB, which would make a bunch of Investors looking in to this CO and would want to be part of it. The next step would be to buyout the +20M$ tech Co, which will make again so many additional Investors, but also tech guys aware of this CO.
After these 2 points, the nasdaq Listing would/ could asap follow, which would make even more Investors looking and investing in to this CO..
And sure the Licensing deals will give the final boost on the SP, but not the last boost and will make this Co equal known to a Big Cap Co, which makes 50M$-100M$ revenues.
My SP Targets by fulfilling just the 3 first points above is 6,48$, sure all without dilution. By assuming that each point is good for just 500%.
0.03 +funding= 0.18, + buyout= 1.08$, + Nasdaq = 6,48$ and did not even included licensing deals in my calculations, probably could see 10$ when everything falls in place. But for now its only important for us that CO reaches its own Goals, the Sp will reflect every reached goal. So lets see first the 0.1.
* Tech Cos can be sold for the 2-3 times of their annual sales.
