I wouldn't trust these guys again. IMHO, after the warrants expire, they could do a 1 for 20,000 RS and wipe out the shareholders again. Or, they could reduce the A/S downward significantly, then wipe out the shareholders with the RS. Then they could sell the shares they voted for themselves, recently, for a hefty profit and have a very nice profitable company all to themselves and the few shareholders who make it through the RS. Based upon the comments that were being tossed around after the last 1 for 20,000 RS, these guys have destroyed other companies with their shenanigans before. I never did my own DD to find out if this was true, but if anyone wants to research it, they can go back to the posts, that were made around the time of the last 1 for 20,000 RS, and do your DD on Holman, his dad and the other names that were mentioned as being involved in those scams.
