OMG!!! Now James Schramm is making a "BIG DEAL" out of TAKING BACK the 65 MILLION SHARES that he originally made a "BIG DEAL" out of RETURNING THE SHARES TO XLIT!

BOTTOM-LINE -- JAMES SCHRAMM AWARDED HIMSELF 65 MILLION XLIT SHARES! At today's share price that is a PERSONAL GIFT TO HIMSELF AMOUNTING TO $1,200,000! SCHRAMM HAS DONE NOTHING TO CREATE SHAREHOLDER VALUE, YET HE SOMEHOW THINKS HE IS WORTH $1.2 MILLION! It must be nice to be able to DILUTE SHAREHOLDERS FOR BIG-TIME PERSONAL GAIN, WHENEVER ONE FEELS LIKE IT!
