OH MY is right! I had missed that on the OTC, wonder when Peter Michaels, the convicted felon, was added.

I personally enjoyed the extra shares and the preferred shares that were recently done.

I am pretty sure Michaels is not just a "consultant"... I say that since he put his name on one of the filings and the new shares coming out. It sure looks like his handy work, doesn't it.

Just makes me shake my head.. nothing ever changes.
