True. I agree. I should point out that what many participants in the stock market are challenged with happens to be that in real life companies, corporations it takes time to evolve/change, whether for good or bad.

The market is a totally different place. Many participants make fast decisions in trading or transacting. They also have different reasons, circumstances, goals, knowledge and come in a whole range of preparation & skills. They have different interests, different temperament, available time, etc. Decision making happens fast as it's a mental function.

The market complex (trading/investing) and actual company evolution/devolution (good or bad) are quite different as to their process and time requirements. The diffusion times of news is another variable for both. Thus they are rarely "in gear"! Investors/traders mostly seem to be unaware or least knowing of it. GLTY
