It is because that is what the new company will be called after the $RSII Reverse Merger is completed. RSII is said to be doing a name and ticker changes I imagine shortly after the R/M is completed

What state is Rising Biosciences Incorporated in? Can't find anything on it anywhere. If inc. it should be able to be found somewhere.
