If you are really interested what's in that Amemdment you can request a Copy of it via the Copies Order Form: http://nvsos.gov/sos/home/showdocument?id=1915

The Namechange Amendment had also 10 pages, who knows what the put in it. So far nothing has changed after the Name and BOD change. I saw the new Filing too, but no change at all.

Time will tell. IF it woould be an increase of the A/S it would have shown up with the filing per my experience with the NVSOS.
