Do you find it funny that the 10K says one thing, but the exchanges between the debtor and the Court and the other entities involved do not exactly match up?

Which do you give more credence to? 10K, or Court Docs?

I remember the "vanishing $4Bil" argument that the Judge invoked estoppel on.
