We're guessing multiple PRs because XKEM is trying to get funding from both Nigeria and UPS Capital. So if Nigeria approves for example 2 or 4 million dollars in early to mid September and then a few weeks later UPS approves 8.2 million it will continue the run longer. It would seem highly unlikely that both funding sources would underwrite both loans at the same time. Burg has said that they want both loans.

Keeping that in mind it would make sense that any drop after news of the first loan would short lived by the fact that we are still waiting for the second.
