One subtlety that I think I am seeing recently, is that SGLB's elevator speech about what they do isn't any longer about enabling metal AM through IPQA. For about a half year now they have highlighted the ability to handle the data volume and seamlessly link the digital stream with IoT and digital platforms. It looks to me as though no one any longer questions PR3D's ability to do IPQA solutions. Now it is about how PR3D fits into and enhances the digital landscape for a complete digital flow of production manufacturing.
I think we will see SGLB embedded in both EOS and Concept Laser before long. I think PR3D is the winner of the IPQA war.
