first fda regulated pharma food (GRAS!), probably commercialized in april/may. What is huge.

if take over comes : compare it with 17B take-over in the past (kratom).

if no take-over : compare it with gwph (3B) (if product is commercialized).
They have Sativex (with prescription, so hadv is even beter!)
