Golden cross happened today.

If you look 5 years chart, each time, golden cross happened, it went up at least 50%, some even went up 100-200%. There are two possibilities.

1. FDA early approval in early April.
2. Partnership news in next few weeks.

Most likely FDA will approve it this time and I would expect $ 5M private investment again if company needs cash before FDA approval. Company did this way twice last year so I am not surprise it company do it again this time. Thus way won't affect the stock price much and company can do better offering after FDA approval for next trial.
