Nice green finish!

Question: with such big news about outsourcing to China to manufacture and supply the demand of the easy grinder why wouldn't this skyrocket above 30% today? It's strange to me that other MJ plays release a PR and they go up 30% or more.


Any thoughts, ideas, guesses, science to this?
