I'm not so sure it's MM. If the MM's work for brokers they just do what they have to do to fill orders and yea they do manipulate the pps. Other stuff is going on here. It's definitely happening just as you say. And I have my personal opinion on who's doing it and if I'm rite on my thinking could carry a huge prison sentence one would think.
