Totally WRONG!! The 8-K is a LEGAL DOCUMENT that PPCH has to send to the S.E.C. and if they are lying in ANY WAY AT ALL about what is said in the 8-K then the C.E.O.'s of PPCH will be going to JAIL!! Sorry but you really are just totally WRONG!! A reverse stock split IS going to happen and SOON!! Have a nice day.
