They had 400,000,000 authorized shares before and only 17 million is free trading "the float"
Now they have 1 billion authorized shares. As in they can hand them out like candy for services rendered. They will then be restricted 6-12 months.
The float is still 17 million until the,convert those shares.
If you really did your homework you would have found out something that I'm not educating you guys in today lol
