Strange indeed. PR does state Pinedo as Chairman but the OTC markets page does not. It appears they haven't released financials since 2010 and no updated share structure. Lists 2 bil AS with nearly 1 bil in float (2010) so they could easily dilute 9 mil share lots for spending money. I also noticed that apetroleum.com was registered in 2005 and they keep re-registering every year. Will keep an eye out but maybe something is about to change here. Good luck.
