They have a magic business. You read white papers because all this has been documented. Then you have another company buy and instal the equipment. Nobody pays anything but Chro makes 50 million in the process. You know kind of like the tooth fairy they just wake up and the cash is there. Don't worry about damaged equipment and who is responsible for it or any kind of contract. All of it is free to the customer and Chro makes millions and has no responsibility they just collect money.
